Come and partake in the healing energies of the gong led by David Martin. Sound healing can transform and soothe the nervous system leaving you relaxed and renewed. The meditation includes breath work, gentle movement through Kundalini yoga, chanting, and the gong vibration and sound.
You will also experience Yoga nidra which is a practice that can take you to a relaxed body, fluid mind and supercharged intuition.
This workshop is appropriate for beginners and advanced.
